Went for this "Hancock" with STELLA, ANGELINA, MR. HANZ, MR. CY and MR. HEAN at Sunway Pyramid after having our Family Fiesta Dinner at The Chicken Rice Shop. wahahaa~ :p
Well, had heard about this movie quite some time ago. My friend, Mr. Maxx told me that this will be a great film. I think so as well, as it features kinda great star - Will Smith. "Hancock", seriously, before and during i went into the cinema, i have no idea of what the film is about, not even a little. Is to keep myself a little surprise i guess. hahaa. The only think that comes to my mind, besides Will Smith, it was just: "Hancock? John Hancock! hahaa, the clothing brand." Who knows? All along the film, Will Smith really turns out to be "John Hancock" in the film, get to know this when the other prisoners named him "John" during the sharing session.
"Hancock", again, it's a superhero film, where there is a man show up to have super powers that could help to save the world in all kinds of disasters. Something that made this film slightly different is that, it started of with a so-called SuperHero who seems to be unwanted, annoying, hated, someone that is so not welcomed by the citizens. Then it appears to have a public relations professional man that seems to understand and to repair while turning the Unwanted Hancock to the Most Welcomed Hero. For me, "superhero" is just an additional elements to the storyline. The meanings conveyed behind do meant much more where we audience shall take more note about.

The storyline is kinda meaningful. It somehow reflects the society nowadays or even previous days. People always tends to judge someone from the outlook, or from something they can see probably. Perhaps this is how normal human beings react. When you see something bad or negative, you perceive the person involved as someone awful as well. How many times we people would willing to understand more, trying to walk into a particular person, go right near to his heart, just to know the real and hidden personality or feelings? This film shows. It shows how we shall look at a person, how we shall save and turn a person or even the world to be a better one. Perhaps every figure does have their own ways of presenting or conveys their thinkings to the public. It's just either you've used the right positive way or the negative one. Sometimes, people does meant to be weak. No matter how strong you are in both physically or mentally, living in this world, we cant stop ourselves from taking mind of how the others look at us, how much cares and concerns we actually hope to receive from the crowd. The public's perceptions towards ourselves do mean alot, in the sense of supporting and moulding us to be someone who owns better self-esteem or even just to live happier. Overall, what we wish to get is just people's acceptance, to be someone who is well-welcomed by the public, who is respected and accepted by the crowd. The film shows too, on how much communication skill matters in terms of human relationships. The way you talk, the words you speak, even a simple sentence may change the others' perceptions towards yourself, may make a particular thing turn out to be better and more wonderful.
Love. Hahaa, something been arousing human's thoughts for centuries ago and coming centuries, something where no one could ever really figure out. The film somehow conveys great thinkings towards Love and Relationship as well. It says: "When 2 people sticked together, they become one, connected and the power lost." It says: "This is it.. Love. Connect. Old. Die." Maybe human beings are always influenced and mould by Love itself. Perhaps this is like what people always says? Someone in love seems to be blind. hahaa! I guess it's because Love can turn someone to be both stronger and weaker. No matter how tough or strong a person is, Love, is the only thing that human cant stand or resist, something that could melt the cruel or iron heart. It shows too in the film, when Hancock forced to stay as far as he could from Mary, fighting badly with his love instinct, just to save Mary, just to give her a better life. Perhaps this is what we always see. The other form of Love. where we have to let go someone we love, just to protect or to give him/her a better life. Speaking something seems conservative, Loving someone doesn't mean you have to stick and be with him/her. It can be in another form, it can even be more wonderful. It just depends on how much you get, how much you would realize, and how much you care about it. Love? Sticking together. Love? It is to set it free too, sometimes. hahahaa!

Well, too much i've said. Come back Chryss! hahahaa:p Anyway, the humor added do enhance the film. The cute little boy, Aaron, really seems so lovable. The way he shouted: "Hancock!! We've brought you something!" The way he responsed: "I do love Hancock!!" when it says there's no one who welcome and like Hancock. Not a bad film overall. I shall say the meanings conveyed behind, somehow, save it. Fortunately.

HANCOCK, GO..O....OO..D JOB!! wahahaa:p Just playing around with the dialogues though.. Is it a good film? perhaps not for me.. sorry :(
